I am a psychotherapist and I graduated from University of New England with a Master's degree in Social Work. I have been working in private practice since 2012. Recently I received a certificate in Embodied Equine Psychotherapy and have added that to my practice. I am currently licensed in both Maine and Massachutes.

Psychotherapy via Telehealth and In Person Equine Therapy in Cape Elizabeth ME
I am currently offering both telehealth therapy and in person Equine Therapy. My telehealth services are available Tuesday -Thursday and I also offer Equine Therapy in Cape Elizabeth.
I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges and conflicts, as well as self esteem issues. I enjoy working with people who are in all kinds of transitions, whether related to school, work or personal relationships.
